Abstract
Assessment of Higher Education Learning Outcomes (AHELO) involves testing tens of thousands of students at hundreds of institutions in many different countries. It is important that testing conditions are as similar as possible in all testing sessions. This ensures that student performance is measured in a comparable way across institutions and countries, and is not influenced by external factors. This Test Administration Manual sets out the rules under which AHELO test administrations are conducted, specifies the preparation and setup of the testing environment, provides instructions on the administration of testing sessions and provides a script for Test Administrators (TAs) to follow while administering the test. This manual is designed to guide and support the activities of TAs before, during and after testing sessions.
