Abstract
A recent ACER research report highlights the importance of preschool education for children in the Philippines. Amanda Taylor explains. The Philippines Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Longitudinal Study is a four-year study that began in October 2014. The aim of the study is to provide evidence to guide implementation of the Philippines’ Early Years Act of 2013.
