Abstract

The first sections of this Practice Guide summarise the theory that underpins day-to-day practice, drawing on the Assessment of children as having a strong sense of identity in Early Childhood Education and Care: Literature review and suggesting strategies for supporting a strong sense of identity in everyday pedagogical decision-making.
