- Graduate Pathways Survey 2008 The 2008 Graduate Pathways Survey (GPS) was a cross-institutional study of the destinations and transitions of Australian university graduates, commissioned by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) to investigate graduates’ employment outcomes five years after completion of a bachelor degree. The survey identified: employment outcomes in the first five years after graduation; links between education, further training and work; relationships between outcomes in the first, third and fifth years post graduation; factors that shape graduates’ careers, including further education and training; and career pathways and transitions for different fields of education.
