Abstract
A new book from ACER makes a significant contribution to school leaders’ understanding of instructional leadership and school improvement. While management responsibilities are a fact of life, the core business of school leaders must be the facilitation of teaching and learning, argues Professor Stephen Dinham in a new book published by the Australian Council for Educational Research.
