TIMSS (Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study) is a large-scale assessment designed to inform educational policy and practice by providing an international perspective on teaching and learning in mathematics and science. More than 60 countries from all over the world participated in TIMSS 2015.
In Australia, more than 570 schools and more than 16 000 students at Year 4 and Year 8 were involved.
