National and International Surveys

The Australian Council for Educational Research conducts large-scale surveys involving representative samples of students. This includes work on Australia’s participation in the OECD Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA), Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS) and the Progress of International Reading Literacy Survey (PIRLS). Our work on international large scale surveys has included the OECD Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) and the IEA Civic and Citizenship Education Study (ICCS).
